Private Label Products
Controls, Incorporated provides private label products with application specific functions and features. These range from electronic circuit design to complete turnkey control solutions ready for OEM installation. By leveraging existing product platforms, economies of scale and in-house engineering capabilities, cost effective, turnkey control solutions are available.

Private label products can be broken down into five basic components:
  1. circuitry/firmware
  2. display
  3. operator interface
  4. enclosure
  5. external accessories
Circuitry/Firmware/Display
The heart of each product is a proprietary circuit/firmware platform. Each platform is designed in-house with input/output capabilities, process logic, and display capabilities. Platforms are tailored accordingly to achieve the desired functionality. Platforms are available to monitor and control a range of industrial applications.

Display
Up to six parameters can be displayed on a full time basis.

Interface
Customer specific buttons, switches and other input/output components are used to create the desired interface. Mounting plates, graphic overlays, and other mounting options are designed to achieve application requirements. Display information can be modified to application requirements.

Enclosure
A wide variety of enclosure options are available depending on application requirements.

External Accessories
External accessories can be incorporated into a product. Basic examples include horns, lights or emergency stop buttons. More advanced examples are relays or circuitry to control external components, equipment or implements.
