Controls, Inc. has complete in-house product design/development capabilities providing customers with the ability to implement complete, application specific control solutions. Utilizing a modular approach, a cost effective control product for your application is only a phone call away.
Whether you need a basic dash panel for your equipment or an integrated engine/equipment control panel, we can provide a cost effective product.
Electronics
All hardware is designed in-house maintain complete control over design quality and optimize product flexibility. Our portfolio of flexible hardware platforms covers a broad range of functionality allowing us to provide the right control product for each customer application.
Software
As with electronics, all software is designed in-house to maintain complete control over design quality and optimize product flexibility. With a modular approach to software, we are able to implement application specific and cost effective control products for each customer application. With our expertise in CAN Bus, we have the ability to create control products for any CAN Bus related application.
Product Design
CI utilizes Pro Engineer Wildfire 4.0 3-D CAD for product design. With our in-house design capabilities and a range of options for enclosures, switches, buttons, and connectors, a complete control product can be provided ready to plug-in to your application, engine or equipment.
Manufacturing
Upon completion of product design, we provide complete product assembly and support. Product manuals and any additional information requested by the customer are provided. The product is covered by the standard Controls, Inc. warranty. And, we are available for installation and after sale service questions.
Application engineers are available to assist with product selection.
