FUEL CIRCULATION CONTROL Digital, microprocessor-based control for fuel circulation applications requiring unattended start/stop based on a predetermined schedule based on a time interval in days. Simply set the schedule and the module will start and stop the fuel circulation pump. The module also monitors fuel level and resets the scheduler whenever the fuel level changes by more than the pre-set "fuel level reset %". A low fuel level alarm is also provided. FEATURES • Large, easy-to-read display with 1/2" characters • Simple operation (See Spec Sheet & Operating Instructions for details) • 12VDC • Durable, sealed, weather tight enclosure • Sleep mode for minimum current draw • Can be integrated into existing panels, helms or dashboards • Harnesses are available DISPLAY DURING OPERATION Line #1: Countdown to next start (Days, Hours, Minutes) Line #2: Battery Voltage, Fuel Level, Run Hours SET UP Set up is simple. Just select the following parameters. 1) Cycle Interval (Time interval in days between starts) 2) Run Duration (Period of time in minutes per run cycle) 3) Fuel Level Reset Percentage (% change in fuel level that resets Cycle Interval) 4) Fuel Level Alarm (% fuel level where alarm indication is activated)
EXAMPLE • Cycle Interval (14 Days) • Run Duration (30 Minutes per Cycle) With a set up date of January 1st, the circulation pump will be run every 14 days for a period of 30 minutes. Manual overrides do not reset the cycle interval leaving the schedule in tact.
